TICKET SALES
All Sales are Final! In the event the concert is cancelled, you will be
issued a full refund. All ticket prices are in US dollars for US-based
concerts and in Canadian dollars for Canada-based concerts.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed only after a billing address, and other billing information,
has been verified. We will attempt to contact you if any incorrect billing
or shipping data has been provided to us. If we are unable to reach you,
we may cancel your order.
TICKET DELIVERY
Depending upon the option that you choose during the check-out process,
your tickets will either be delivered via us mail or will-call at the
concert venue. For venue will-call, you must bring the credit card you
used to purchase the ticket and a picture ID such as a driver's license
or passport.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
We do not process refunds or exchanges after a ticket has been purchased
or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets. We do not process any
refunds or exchange if you fail to comply with venue age restrictions
that are clearly posted on our website or fail to provide genuine and
valid government issued ID proving your age.
LOST OR MISSING TICKETS
If you do not receive your tickets within 3 business days prior to an
event, or you notice your tickets are missing or have been destroyed,
contact us immediately. Missing tickets may or may not be replaceable
at our sole discretion.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
You assume all risks incidental to the event for which a ticket is issued,
whether before, during or after play or performance.
REFUSING SERVICE
We reserve the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse admission
to, or eject, any person who engages in a disorderly conduct and/or fails
to comply with promoter or venue rules. In addition and at our
sole discretion, we may revoke your admission rights at anytime by refunding
the ticket value.
SEARCH
You consent to search at entry to the venue such
searches and waive any claims that may arise. Shall you elect not to consent
you will be denied entry without any refund. Alcohol, drugs and controlled
substances, recording devices, weapons, sharp objects are not allowed
at the venues.
PUBLICITY
You grant us permission to utilize (without additional authorization or
compensation) your image, likeness, actions and statements
in any live or recorded audio, video, or photographic display made at
any event.
